• Images of their government-issued ID (front and back)

• Their email and/or phone number (optional)

• Any additional context you choose to share

• In Full verification plans, a selfie image of the person to verify

• Conduct the identity verification process

• Contact the subject of verification only if you requested selfie verification

• Deliver a report back to you via email or WhatsApp

• Keep anonymized records for quality assurance and internal reporting

By submitting the verification form, you confirm that:

• You have legal grounds or consent to request this verification

• You authorize us to process the information for the stated purposes

• You understand we may reach out to the subject of verification if needed

We retain verification data only as long as necessary to fulfill the request. After your report is delivered, uploaded documents are deleted securely, and only anonymized data may be kept for internal use.

All verifications are reviewed by a trained human.
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including access controls, encryption during transit, and secure storage practices. However, no system can guarantee 100% security.
